We want to make sure your straps work right and perform well. The Wellinks warranty will cover your straps for accidental damage and manufacturing defects for 30 days, and will additionally cover manufacturing defects for up to a year after purchase.

The Limited Warranty (“Warranty”) is an expression of our confidence that Cinch will offer you (the “Customer”) dependable, reliable and comfortable use. Wellinks Inc. (“Wellinks”), the manufacturer guarantees the original purchaser of Cinch as follows:
What Is Covered
This Warranty is limited to goods purchased by Customer through an authorized dealer of Wellinks.
This Warranty covers the original purchaser from any accidental damage, manufacturing defects, material defects, and free replacement of hook and loop closure Wellinks-branded straps for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This 30-day Warranty does not cover intentional tampering, damage, misuse or mishandling.
This Warranty also covers the original purchaser from any manufacturing defects, and material defects, as well as replacement of hook and loop closure Wellinks-branded straps for $5.00 for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This 1-year Warranty does not cover accidental damage, intentional tampering, damage, misuse or mishandling.
In the event of a return of both buckles and straps under this Warranty, Customer will ship, at their own cost, the defective or damaged product to Wellinks, and Wellinks will ship the replacement product at no cost to Customer.
In the event of a return of straps (but not buckles) under this Warranty, Customer is not required to return the damaged or defective straps, but shall provide Wellinks a phot of the strap that needs to be replaced, and Wellinks will ship the replacement strap at no cost to Customer.
If your product is found to be defective, Wellinks may repair or replace, at their discretion, any defective parts at no cost to you. Repair or replacement under this Warranty is the customer’s sole recourse; under no circumstance shall Wellinks provide a refund for purchased products.
This Warranty is limited to original purchaser for the time limit specified above and is not transferable. Purchase must be made through an authorized dealer. Proof of purchase must be provided to obtain warranty coverage. Wellinks will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your merchandise or damages of any nature whatsoever, howsoever caused by Cinch, its failure to work, or any other incidental or consequential damages. Exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages may not be allowed in some areas.
This Warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidents, damage while in transit, alterations, unauthorized repair, failure to follow instructions, misuse, normal wear and tear, negligence, fire, flood, and Acts of God. Wear parts, such as foam padding, and disposable or replaceable parts are specifically excluded. This Warranty does not cover software associated with Cinch.
This Warranty is the purchaser’s sole warranty and is provided in lieu of all other warranties or conditions, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties or conditions or merchantable quality or fitness for a particular purpose. This Warranty sets forth all Wellinks’ responsibilities regarding Cinch. This Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
